Mourne Manor Organics - Northern Ireland

Awful. This is the first time I've ever bothered to write a review. Do not even consider buying from here. I first placed an online order and then heard nothing for well over a month. Then a message out of the blue to say they were delivering again, to which I replied I no longer needed. They assured me the order would not be a arriving but it did. It arrived in a dirty meat van with meat hooks hanging above and the fruit/veg orders were just lying on the floor of the van in bags. The veg was all old and off, the broccoli was yellow and the carrots were like rubber. I ended up feeding it to our horses and cows. I contacted them to say how disappointed I was, they charged me almost 50 and I asked for it to be refunded and they have ignored my messages. Absolutely disgusted, I like to support local businesses and then this is how they treat you.

I have been very disappointed with Mourne Manor.. I am actually very surprised that they have perfect reviews!!.. getting orders with literally 3 potatoes and yet more than enough carrots to feed an army of donkeys every time!!.. the final straw was when I was left a half chicken.. no email to explain the reason for this.. and then the last order didnt even have one chicken!!.. I phoned.. no answer.. never is!!.. no one called back.. no emails.. this is disgusting considering the cost!!.. however.. thank you.. you actually done me a favour as Ive now found another supplier.. and lets just say.. you set the bar so low that it wont take much to make a huge improvement!!.. Do not take anymore cash from my account!!.. Im done with this!!..

Pretty dismal to be honest. Organic box delivered late. Allot of produce was of. No answer to emails no one answers phones. No questions answered. I never actually canceled my subscription because I was prepared to give them a second chance but I never received another delivery. So all in all. Not good.
