        Patricia and John were fabulous hosts. The rooms are clean and comfy with plenty of closet space. The bathrooms are excellent (especially the shower!). Breakfast was above and beyond expectations. Everything and anything we needed was provided for. We have stayed in about 300 B&B's over the years and this is definitely one of the best B&B experiences we have had.

        We stayed in the Garden Room which had a beautiful view. The house is so lovely, clean and cosy. The owners couldnt be nicer, so welcoming and think of every little detail. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and all homemade, there were freshly made cakes in the room when we arrived as well. This place is a real find if you are looking for a nice break near to Newcastle and dont mind being a little bit out of the town. You can walk into the town centre in about 15 minutes from here. Tollymore forest is just a 5 minute drive away as well. Highly recommend if you like a quiet place to stay, the owners make you feel so at home, Ill definitely be back again.
