        Very poor service from the ladies in Mauds today on the 24/04/2023. Waited almost 15 mins to make an order ask another lady if I could make an order and she said yeah in a wee min and walk away. The other lady service a gentleman before me & told me to wait I was happy to but this waiting became 15 mins. I would understand if the place was busy today but it wasn't busy at all. Very poor service & manners. There was one nice worker and he was a gentleman.

        Poor experience, disturbed by how parents allowing Young children to run around at ice cream counter and actually hit other customers. Disappointed that Maud's staff ignored the situation and very poor service. As a regular customer of Maud's in Newcastle I am shocked at this event as I have always enjoyed Maud's but today was just not acceptable
