        Deniece delivered a great class to my family as we have 2 newborns and wanted to learn and update our knowledge, we covered choking in relation to weaning, CPR & recovery position, meningitis, croup, temp/seizures and convulsions. Definitely recommend to everyone, very informative and not to serious, just how we like it. Thanks to keepabeat for delivering these classes

She was professional and delivered a lot of information in a fun but educational way. She was very personable and friendly. We now feel much more informed about first aid.
