I fully recommend Sam if youre thinking of starting with a nutrionist. She has been instrumental to the massive changes I made to my life. I have been self-managing my PCOS condition for over ten years and struggled with many diets to help ease my symptoms. I finally gave up last year and spent several months disillusioned by all the advice on social media about PCOS. I began doing research and decided to change tactics with my condition by starting with Sam. The whole approach was simple and gentle. I added core foods to my diet and began with gut health first as it was the most important thing to consider. Sam educated me on so much about nutrition and she smashed a few fad diet myths for me too. I found that once I started honouring myself with good clean food and cut out all the rubbish, I was setting a standard for myself that made me feel like a million pounds. I began truly respecting myself and my body. My self-esteem increased and thus my confidence in other aspects of my life too. A real game changer for me was the effect of my clean food approach on my anxiety. My anxiety has decreased significantly and my sleep massively improved as well as my mental concentration. I started with Sam in September 2022 and Im still on my new eating plan in March 2023, the longest Ive ever been on any diet. So far, I have lost a total of 7 inches off my body in 7 months and I feel flipping amazing for it. With a combination of the right supplements and good eating my natural cycles have returned and the majority of the symptoms I have been managing are almost gone. I will not change how I eat now, I am looking forward to seeing how I will feel in 12 months of starting with Sam. Massive thank you to Sam for helping me achieve this wonderful feat.

If you want to improve your health or have any concerns about any existing health conditions, I would definitely recommend that you have a consultation with Samantha. Not only is she an expert in nutrition and the human body but she is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. She gave me a range of practical suggestions to change my diet and I have already started to feel the benefits of them.
