I rang up looking to see if they had a top instore as i rang 2 other stores which didnt have it in my size (either did magherafelt)
but he told me that he would try and get the top ordered in for me in store in my size .
10 minutes later i recieved a phone call from him to say he got the top and ordered into the local store for me to collect .
Neither of the other stores offered me this service !!!
Great customer service with someone who sounded so pleasant over the phone and made me laugh .
