        I first started with Women Gone Strong in January. Initially I felt very self conscious and nervous as I had not taken part in any exercise for quite some time. From the being Catherine was so welcoming, encouraging and her attention to detail in ensuring you have the correct technique is second to none. Catherine is such a positive person and such a positive role model and mentor. I enjoy attending the classes and always look forward to the next one!

        Over the past year i have been attending women gone strong PT sessions, at first i was very nervous on joining as i felt i couldnt achieve all the different movements/fitness. I havent looked back from my first session, Catherine is AMAZING!! The most caring, kind and understanding person i know. From pushing you to do your best to then knowing the best you can achieve. I am one who feels the benefits after a good workout and for me women gone strong provides that.everyone loves a good laugh and joke and you will be sure to get that with this amazing lady.
