Yeah and maybe if you knew the facts before running your mouth call yourself a family business..what a joke we had to run into the shop hastely as my wife is 38 weeks pregnant and ready to go at any moment. But sure stand at 8 ocklock in the morning shouting at a heavily pregnant couple for nipping into a shop for something essential.. says a lot. Also dont blame the lady in the x5 that was a different car all together shows hows much attention you were paying all ypu wanted to do was be rude to a member of the public

From the initial enquiry on the phone right to us being dropped off this company went over and beyond our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Book with confidence.

Doesnt even deserve a 1 star review. Bus driver tried to charge extra fees that were completely unknown to us when boarding the bus. Got in touch with the office and they agreed that these charges were not applicable. Do not book for any sort of concert or outing, we were not allowed any of our belongings on the bus, i.e handbags or backpacks, told we were allowed drink on the bus as long a no glass bottle were on board, completely understandable, left some of our bags and drink on board while at the concert, as we were told we were allowed to do this , when we arrived back from the concert over 150 worth of drink was gone asked the bus driver where it had went and he told us it had been disposed of, without our knowledge. Proceeded to not allow us to have our belongings on board, wouldnt allowed a sealed bottle of water on board or a sealed packet of crisps on board! Would never recommend this bus company to anyone and will never be using again.
