My partner and I ordered a mini shed off this company on the 14th of may. They said it would be delivered the following Monday so I booked a day off work. No shed arrived and no one would reply to our messages to let us know why. They then didn't reply to her messages or calls for the next two weeks then they finally replied saying it would be delivered on a Tuesday. Once again, day booked off work and no one turned up. we waited another week and again no replying to messages and no shed. so we decided enough is enough, we asked for a refund. that was two weeks ago now and we still do not have our money refunded. this is an absolute disgrace. I expect to receive the money that I paid for a product that I didn't receive returned immediately. It would also at least be decent of them if they would reply to our messages. Absolute cowboys. I'm appalled at the service you (didn't) provide. I strongly recommend avoiding these people at all costs. I just want my money back so I'll never have to contact them again.
