Ive been 3 times, I absolutely love it. The place is handy, everything is metres apart, staff are fantastic, and the price is super reasonable. I haven't a bad word about this. it's now a key component in my running.

First class facilities and a very relaxed vibe from staff. I use Pro Recovery twice a week and couldn't do without it. Fantastic for recovery after training sessions but it's more than that! I've been suffering from an Autoimmune disease this past number of years, living with daily symptoms. I have no doubt that submerging my body in the cold water tank for 10mins, twice a week has reduced my Core temperature and therefore reduced the inflammation that makes me unwell. Embrace the cold because winter is coming! Not just recovery but also prevention. That's how I see it.
