West Toast

Called in for a sandwich to take away. Fantastic selection that all sounded good. I got the Rick Reuben. Absolutely amazing!! Super friendly staff too!. Thanks Ryan. I'll be back. Often.

I have passed West Toast quite a number of times but this was my first time in the place. I was there for lunch and the concept is great. The menu is short and sweet but enough on there to offer decent variety. I am not a fan of cheese so I had the pulled beef on its own and was concerned it was going to be very dry but it wasn't. The menu says there are extra ingredients available but doesn't tell me what they are and there was no obvious option for bread choice but I'm sure if I asked it would have been explained as the two female staff seemed very friendly. Chips was an offered extra I wasn't expecting but I took up the offer. The food arrived, it was good, pre salted chips were great and the almost rustic, funky and mismatched finish of interior decoration adds to the charm. With a little polishing, this little place could be a real cracker. I'll definitely be back. Not a five star as there is room to make it better but certainly not far off.

Couldnt be more heartbroken when the food came out. Had a Fry and was so basic and dry. Heard so much good things about this place, which was a shame.
