Boston Grill Lisburn

Starting from the bad to good. In the video it's a rock hard pork belly. Looks like it was cooked well, but then temperature was turned up and it got dry and hard, overcooked. Noodles were undercooked and too spicy. I got a funky fries with a chilly beef and cheese + Jalapeo. Forgot the name of the main course but it was pulled pork, chicken goujons with ham and cheese topped with Peper souce. That was something really good. Generally stick with burgers, sizzlers, pizzas.

Il make this simple. I won't be back. First and last time eating here. When entering we were met by two servers who didn't have a personalty between them. After we ordered our drinks and food we had nearly a 30 minute wait for the food to come. In the meantime we had to ask for our drinks to be brought over. The meal itself was underwhelming at best. It seemed to be cooked properly but some items were not nearly warm enough. When the cheese on the burger was the part with the most flavour then there is definitely a problem. On paying the bill we were asked was everything ok, so we said what we found to be the problem. The server said he would pass this on to his supervisor who was standing 2 feet away but chose to ignore what was being said. Poor from start to finish. I think the Boston Grill needs to acknowledge there are problems here , both back and front of house.
