        Dreadful experience at the airport with the taxi ultimately being half an hour late despite being pre-booked before I took off. When I queried where the cab was I was told it was very near and should be with me shortly. This was patently not true as it arrived some 15 minutes later. The excuse given for the lateness by the company was that they were "very busy". This should not be a feature in the case of a taxi being booked well in advance and I can only conclude that Premier are totally unreliable and are not remotely interested in decent customer service. Very disappointing.
