Came out stuck the rod in and said blockage down near septic tank could get access to septic tank as shared with neighbours. Left and charged 102 for telling me that. Said aww well he was there wasnt our fault he couldnt get access. I was for getting them to return once we received access from neighbours but I wouldnt have them anywhere near again. Nothing against the actual guy who came out as he was ok. Awful customer service from reception Service: Drain cleaning

Wouldn't recommend using this company. I had drains blocked so I called them to come out and fix it. On the plus side: they came out quickly. We are not on mains sewage - we have a water treatment plant. But the guys had no idea what to do with it to solve the issue. They tried jetting the drains, but that didn't work so they were stumped. They didn't even open up the water treatment plant to see what was going on in there. But still charged 125+VAT for them not solving the problem. Then they quoted something around 500+VAT to get a tanker out to the water treatment plant and to jet the drains again. That's when I put the brakes on these guys. No discount offered off their fee for not fixing the issue, because they "did their job". But somehow, my drains were still blocked after they "did their job" so I don't know how that works. Just for comparison, another company, Down Environmental, came and did the lot for 170, probably less than quarter of what ACE Drains would have charged if I'd have let them carry on.
