        Extremely unhelpful staff! Attempted to return a package to sender and had taken advantage of the pre-paid service where the PO print and attach your returns label for you, which I've used dozens of times before at this exact location without issue. Still don't really understand what the issue was; however, the lady who served me ultimately refused to do anything, followed by her colleague chirping in "Tell him we're the post office not Royal Mail" ... really ??? Delightful experience all round!
