I have to admit that Mr Ian came today and was so prepared He even knew what to have already in his van for my job .10.000 stars wouldn't be enough. Job done within an hour. Best ever. I highly recommend this guy. I wouldn't look for someone else. Thank you MR Ian. .

Called the company bout a leak I had from boiler, he called out same day. He Advised I needed a new part which would cost in region of 500, he did however have the same part from another job and could fit it for 200. When I asked if a fee for call out charge he said yea just give me 20 when he came downstairs to wrap up he advised he required a further 4 for the vat. I was never given a receipt for call out charge. The next day I phoned about using the second hand part he said no warranty on it, i then again asked if I could get exact price for the new part he said he would have to get back to me, I'm now waiting 4 days for confirmation of the price. In the meantime I called Cooper's who came out same day,no call out charge and advised 270 new part fitted and all. Just goes to show this all in one is trying to add on extras to young vunrable women.

Just had All in one plumbing out as our boiler had stopped working. Had it up and running within an hour and easy to pay as well. Great job. Would definitely recommend
