I recently purchased a piano for my grandson who is 10. From choosing a piano to it's delivery it was 5 star customer service. From the minute walked in the door and met Conor, it was nothing but a pleasure. I Was shopping for a Piano for my son and the service was excellent. There was no hard selling just go old fashioned guidance and advice and my lad was kept right and well looked after. Then came delivery and like the sale and purchase it was a pleasure, the guys who delivered piano couldn't have been more professional even though they had to get it up a flight of stairs Honestly couldn't thank Conor and his delivery guys enough highly recommend.

We had the best experience at Drummond Reid Pianos. Found my dream piano and one that I am very excited to teach on. Service was amazing, and the free tuning included was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a beginner to professional piano.
