        Conservatory roof conversion end Oct 2020 . Major concerns raised 1st day of install resulting in conflicting technical opinions between sales man and install team. Second day of install, additional issues were reported to installation manager prior to commencement of work on site, he advised that I should take up all issues with sales. Regrettably, since we were at a point of no return I agreed to let work continue and take up the issues with sales upon completion of the job. I contacted sales as agreed and have been advised by them that my case actually lies with the installation manager? Both parties have been contacted various times and promised call backs havent happened. Very concerned, and shocked by the lack of communication to date. I continue to await callback from Eco Roof to arrange a date for a site visit/inspection to discuss concerns.
