Tried to change a gift I had received for xmas with no receipt, either for a straight exchange or credit note, and was told there was absolutely nothing can be done without a receipt and I had to keep it. Phoned River Island on Boucher Road asking what the policy was and they said I could take it down there and exchange without a problem so this is what I did. Ridiculous that 2 stores can have different policies and the Lisburn store need to massively improve their customer service and train their staff. I won't be shopping in there again.
