Went here in the hopes of starting a personal training studio. They provided me with the best deal of amazing quality fitness equipment. They provided a brilliant service and I wouldn't find a better business if I tried. Unfortunately, my plans fell through due to my personal health but they were completely understanding and I definitely would come here again!

I broke my thumb at the beginning of December. I was glad that I found local supplier of FlowFitness product and was very impressed by speedy delivery. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues with the bike. I didnt want to wait during COVID for repair, so I immediately requested return. I was told that it should be agreed by supplier and I will be contacted ASAP. Due to Christmas and Covid I expected some delay. But there was no response even to repeated emails 3 weeks later. In the phone call I was told that employee who was dealing with my case left the company and my 30-day Consumer right act return period has passed. I was quite unhappy about that, but manager assured me that if engineer wont be able to fix the bike, they will take it back. She also promised to call me next day to tell me what is happening. I didnt receive any phone call, another week passed, on the top of other issues bike started to make scary bang noise that prevented me from using it completely. It took couple more emails to get attention and finally 2 engineers arrived in the middle of February (2 months after I requested return). I told them what my main concern is, but they wanted to fix minor issues first and were reluctant to expose drivetrain where I believed problem was. Afterall they did find the fault that they couldnt fix. They told me that they need to contact manufacturer to get it sorted. When I requested to take the bike back as I was promised. I was told that it cant be done. They left abruptly, didnt even fix the plastic cover properly. Not hearing from them for a week Ive sent email explaining my issues with how my case is handled. There was no response to email, so I made a phone call and got reassured again by the same manager that they are dealing with it and will respond soon. It is now 3 months since phone call, no response to multiple emails, Ive sent official complaint as advised by Which legal 3 weeks ago, no response. Bike hasnt been used since engineers visit. One of the reasons I was buying from FITNESS EQUIPMENT NI was sense of security of buying from local reputable seller that has excellent reviews. I learned that stars could be deceiving, and you really need to read reviews. As Fitness Equipment NI sells in general very good quality products it is rare that people can experience their aftersales. Unfortunately, I was unlucky enough that I did. Update 1.6.21: Owner has responded in very constructive manner. Apologized and explain in details factors that contributed to unfortunate sequence of events. He is now addressing them and offering full refund as I requested before.
