I was once told....."if you see this sign, don't walk away.....run!" Wish I'd listened. In response to your reply, you had your chance to rectify the problem with your work, the extremely rude young lady that manages your showroom left me in no doubt that your company would do nothing further and thus ensured that I will never use your company again nor darken your showroom doorstep and with the exception of that lady manageress you are welcome to contact me via my email when I will provide you with my phone number.

My family have used Robert Phillips Firplaces for years. We recently got a new open fire put in and could not be happier with it. The correspondence between the fitter and the showroom staff was brilliant and we had no issues. Staff took their time to explain different types and styles etc. We would highly recommend to anyone.
