Eclipse nursery store lisburn

Were currently browsing for prams etc for our first child and went to visit Eclipse as its local. Judith spent a lot of time with us and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you!

I can't say enough about the fabulous service from the ladies in the Lisburn store, they have been incredible. We made some big purchases but didn't get up to the store to collect and everything was delivered quickly. The after sale service is phenomenal, we needed some help with the car seat base and they sent over videos of how to via WhatsApp and really went above and beyond to make sure we got sorted out, really amazing service!!!

I dont normally leave reviews but the service and aftercare from Eclipse Lisburn has been absolutely amazing. We bought our travel system from them in 2021 and unfortunately part of it broke this year. Nothing was a problem for everyone at Eclipse and they happily arranged a replacement with the manufacturer as quickly as they could and kept me updated along the way. I got the replacement part delivered to my door. No dramas. Problem fixed. Thank you so much for all of your help. I highly recommend this store for all of your baby equipment.

Ordered a full bundle from Eclipse in Lisburn. From the start in the shop the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Having done a lot of research online the Uppababy bundle was the best value I could find between other stores and online. Later down the line I called to make a few changes re colours etc and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Im honestly so impressed with the service weve received. Thanks again!

Purchased quite a lot from this store. Went back to order next car seat and travel cot. When the sales advisor demonstrated how to adjust the travel cot I advised that I already had the travel cot just didnt realise that it could adjust. She convinced me that I bought the smaller size travel cot and not that one so I bought it. I wasnt able to check travel cot I had until I went to babys grandmother where it was kept. It was the same one. I rang shop today to ask could I return it as it was the one I had. They wont accept even though it hasnt been opened and still in the box. Have another baby on the way so asked could I even get a credit note as I was planning to buy all the babys new things but they said no. Very disappointing and wont be returning to buy new items for new baby.
