        Joined the compound room over 5 years ago and havent looked back . The knowledge and expertise James and Edel have are unparalleled. Ive have completed every phase with amazing results. Everyone within the gym are very friendly and one big family. Edel and James are not only amazing mentors but have become very good friends also. Xx

        I've been training in The Compound Room for about 2 & 1/2 - 3 months now and I honestly think it's the best gym in Lisburn and potentially NI. Equipment is second to none, staff are beyond helpful and always ready to answer any questions you may have. James, Edel and Stephen all go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need. As a personal note from having been to around 4/5 gyms in Lisburn, The Compound Room staff are the only ones that have asked me about, not only my training progress but, my overall emotional and mental health and taken the time to talk with me. That kind of conversation meant more than most of my workouts. The atmosphere in this gym is amazing and all members are extremely friendly and more than happy to spot you or show you something new.
