Wilsons Fireplaces

We purchased an Onyx Avanti fire from Wilson's and they arranged for it to be fitted. The process was very seamless and competitively priced. They arranged for a fitter (Darrell) to do all the work. The sales staff (Lance at Lisburn) and Darrell were excellent. Very easy to do business with and also really tidy and fussy fitting. Took all the packaging, remnants etc away and left the house and garage spotless. There was some timber left over and he even cut it into shorter bits suitable for the log burner. I would without hesitation recommend Wilsons.

Great service from start to finish. It took me a few trips to the Lisburn showroom to decide on what I wanted but Lance and Cathy were very patient and answered any questions I had. Process thoroughly explained as to what I could expect throughout the different stages. Fitter was a great guy too - very experienced and left a very clean, secure and tidy job.

Review by Valerie Neill I can say that the 5* review is wholly justified as from the time I met Cathy in their lisburn branch, the whole process of installing a wood burner and new fire surround was stress free and am very happy with the finished product. I do hope Wilsons realise what a gem they have in Cathy as with her can do approach any problem was taken on board and sorted out without me having to worry. I would also say that it was her help and thorough knowledge that made me buy from them.

Brilliant Job all round. From the moment I entered the Lisburn Showroom everything was so easy. The sales lady Cathy was excellent, she took time and explained everything, give me a quotation there and then, she was helpful, professional and knew her stuff. The company arranged a surveyor, who was great. Once the installation date was confirmed the fitters arrived as arranged, they collected all the necessary equipment ( new fireplace, stove etc). They removed old fireplace and took all the old fireplace etc away. They completed the job in 2 days. They were pleasant. and knew exactly what they were doing. They were tidy and respectful of our property. The job went without any hitches and I would certainly have no issues highly recommending the Wilson team - they were great from beginning to end.
