I have known and worked with Colin for more than 25 years. When I set up my own business in 2015, Colin was my first port of call to assess our IT needs and implement the agreed plan. The MyITdepartment help desk has been an absolute godsend dealing with all our IT issues efficiently with a smile (big shout out to Darryl). Nothing is too much trouble and they always go the extra mile. As the business grew Colin was always there by my side guiding us through and making sure our IT systems supported the business and adapted to our changing needs. He listened carefully ad took the time to get to know our business, and the solutions offered were insightful and pragmatic. Cyber security is an essential requirement due to the nature of our business and Colin has kept us right making sure the business and our clients remain protected. When Covid hit and we had to move all employees to work from home, Colin and his team were herculean in making sure there was as little disruption as possible and that I could continue my business. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Venture International Ltd has used MyIT for over 20 years to provide a wide range of IT support and cyber security services. Unlike many in this sector they listen and try and understand our business and then work with our team to design IT systems which suit our business and interface with our clients. Once commissioned and installed the personnel at MyIT are always available to explain, train or address issues when they arise; and with no business disruption. Excellent knowledge combined with being decent people.
