        I found it extremely difficult to get in contact with Rosemary when I was buying my house initially. I am now in the process of reselling my home several years later through a different firm and key documentation is missing. I have not had any response to my queries on this, and my completion date has been missed. On this basis, I would find it very difficult to recommend.
