Hucol Converters Ltd

Hucol Converters are a top class company to deal with. I bought my converter over 10 years ago and it works brilliantly. I had an issue recently and Tim was very quick to help me out with a check list to narrow down my issue. As it turned out it was just a bad connection in a socket and not the converter itself. Great customer service altogether. I highly recomend Hucol if you are looking for a quality product that lasts for years.

This is a super company to deal with and their converters are absolutely top class. They are well built, with quality hardware used throughout the clear and simple design and complete with everything you need to get going. Everything is simply explained by Tim, who actually knows what he is talking about and understands his product intimately. This is such a welcome contrast to some other companies I have dealt with in the past. The converter outperforms my last converter by several orders of magnitude and was simple to install and set up. The starting torque on my Harrison lathe is much more than with my previous converter and it runs noticeably smoother, with far less underlying hum. It turned up on time and I even had a follow up phone call from Tim to ensure all was well with the unit. Excellent - 100%.
