I have dealt with this company for the past 6 years as I purchased a newly built property from them. I have had nothing but problems and issues with the property which are still on going 6 years later. Within my development nearly all of the houses have had to have external building repairs in some capacity and they do not stand over their own workmanship or repairs. I have found this company highly unethical to deal with and would not recommend them to anyone. My total confidence in builders has been severely undermined and my experience with this company has been awful, I have had to chase them continually and they rarely rang me back. Now 6 years down the line I am still having problems with leaking water despite previous repairs and this company has simply washed their hands of the problem despite failed repairs. If you are considering using this company I would recommend you think again.
