TUI Holiday Store

Sarah M from the lisburn store was fantastic in helping us pick a holiday that suited our whole party. When in store she went the extra mile and gave our kids their own little pretend boarding tickets which they loved.

Called generic Tui number to book a cruise. Put though to Tui store in Lisburn N.I.. Connected to Deborah Browne who made the whole process of booking our cruise and insurance a real doddle. Debbie was so pleasant, knowledgable and efficient that we were so impressed we had to write a review to compliment and thank her for the excellent service we received. Thanks Debbie.

Brilliant experience with these guys, very quick and thorough and go the extra mile, especially shout out Roisin who was a credit to her company, got us sorted and booked within a day, couldn't recommend enough

Great friendly staff. Very professional and proficient in their approach. Had a great experience with Sarah McAreavey. Warm greeting and very knowledgeable about destinations. Highly recommend TUI Lisburn for all travel needs.

Had to sort out seat issue for upcoming holiday. Got put through to Margaret, luck me. She sorted the problem in minutes whilst emailing me updates and eventually called me back to confirm everything was OK. First class service.
