        Made an appointment for an eye test by ringing their website number, I was on the phone for some time while they asked for all sorts of personal details. When I arrived, I found out that someone else was given an appointment for the same time. I was told to wait. I know that appointments can take up to an hour and refused to wait.They did not give a reason for this double booking nor did they make an apology. What is the point of having a booking system if it does not work and what a waste of my time.

        All the staff are soo lovely. There is no fault. I had the delight of being served by Cheryl and Chris who both took their time to explain contact lenses to me as I am a first time user of them. Chris was extremely helpful in teaching me how to put them in and he took his time with me (which was a long time). I had been in before with my granda and Leigh-Anne and Rachel ( I cant remember her name but she has blonde hair). Both of the girls were soo friendly and kind to my grandparents and made the whole experience (which was a long experience) much better and more relaxed. I had originally booked my contact lens appointment with Forestside but after the first experience with the Lisburn one I decided to change. I will definately be coming back here. Cannot recommend it enough
