        NRS staff are the most helpful friendly people I have ever experienced in a life time of having to use a wheelchair. Every effort is made to repair or replace any thing on my chair when faulty. They contact me to arrange when it is suitable to come to the house. If I could give you all ten out of ten stars I would. Special thanks to David for his understanding and professional manner in his work.
