        Phoned up for some information on how to obtain my mothers birth certificate, rude and unhelpful and wouldnt even entertain a conversation would not use

        We have known Mike for a number of years as it took us a while to get our PR due to the delays relating to Covid-19. Mike is polite and friendly but also very professional in his approach. Throughout the whole process, Mike has always been contactable and got back to us in a timely manner. We appreciated it as this made us feel valued but also reassured us during some frustrating moments. Mike has always provided comprehensive advice and guidance regarding immigration to Canada.
