Best place to go train martial arts. Coaches super helpful and make sure to teach you all you need to know with great detail, pace and without injury. Coach Tom is highly experienced and has a good way to keep the classes relaxed, fun and challenging. Coach Walton is a great wrestling coach who will make sure to take his time to teach you things you need to know for wrestling. All the senior grade students are very friendly and helpful. Glad to have came here
