Absolutely horrendous company five months later still no shutters. I would not recommend this company at all !!!!

I placed my order in February 2021 via a local blind company and paid a 50% deposit as required. The shutters took 6 months to be fitted, naturally covid played a part. I was required to pay in full before they would arrange a date for fitting. Eventually they were fitted in September. When they arrived one shutter for my bay window was different to the other 3 and another shutter was too big. This resulted in them making one of them to fit at a later date and reordering a replacement for the other shutter. This was 5 months ago and I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive because apparently they come over from China. I am so angry and disappointed with the service I have had to put up with and would not recommend this company to anyone and sincerely hope no one else has to go through this.

Very disappointing! After an 18 week wait for delivery having given a large deposit the order was incomplete! Shutters missing and wrong sizes. This was fairly quickly sorted out with the missing parts being remade locally but really shouldnt have happened in the first place. Moving on to now about 6 weeks later and the shutter which had to be made locally as it was originally missing is not working properly. One of the slats is loose and spins around instead of opening and closing as it should do. This order was very expensive for such poor quality and customer service. They look good but in all honestly Id say shop around before making Sante Fe your first choice.
