I have always been very impressed by the homes that Porter has constructed for many years now. When the opportunity arose last year to purchase a new build in Lisburn I grasped it with both hands. Despite the process being slow, the saying 'the best things come to those who wait' rings true!! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Both Bill and Jim are true gentlemen, easy to work with and very accommodating, which is vital when purchasing a house. The support staff are friendly and kept me informed and updated throughout. The outstanding feature of their houses is the uncompromising quality. From the beautiful sash windows to the choice of interior finishes. The finished product is simply awe inspiring and one that many other builders try to copy but often fail to achieve. This quite simply a Porter homes is a house for life and one that you will not regret.

I purchased a house in March 2020 from Porter and Co and unfortunately after many attempts have been unsuccessful in getting issues rectified. Porters build good quality homes, however dont accept your house unless it is finished to your satisfaction as they are increasingly poor at coming back and rectifying issues. 18 months later and Im still waiting.

The noise from their building site is unbearable .No consideration for people living nearby. From before 8 am and now 7pm Monday till Saturday. Disgraceful.
