Racket - avoid at all costs. Ordered and paid upfront for 500L, driver only turned up with 350 and said he'd be back with the rest in a day or two. Back office then told me they wouldn't bother calling out with such a low quantity. More than 2 weeks later still not fulfilled despite multiple contacts, had to call to request a refund which is all they wanted in the first place as it saved them more money. Company also operates as AH Fuel Oils Ltd. Always read the reviews first, even for heating oil - lesson learned.

Delivered on 4th working day,communications could have been better

Service is desperate ordered 500 litres only got 175 as the tanker ran empty I paid for the 175 litres that I received as they promised to deliver the balance the next day or latest within 48 hours 2 days later no fuel, as we contacted to see if it was out for delivery we were told it may now be the following week, this is terrible service as we told them that we wouldnt order again we were told thats fine and they slammed the phone done. Think she needs lessons in customer service.
