Nathan and his colleague removed an old boiler and installed a new system which is running fantastic! I was actually so blown away by how well mannered and respectful they were when working in my home, it was so refreshing! They left the area clean and took the old boiler away too. Great productivity and no time wasting! These guys set the bar for customer service! Service: Water heater installation

They were supposed to come in the morning and it's allready past lunch time and they haven't showed up yet, I called them about one hour ago to see if they are still coming and they said 20-30 min until they arrive but of course it wasn't true! They really need to work on their punctuality! Sorry for the bad review but I just lost my entire day off because someone doesn't know how to tell time.

Can't recommend Chill Gas enough from the office staff right through to the engineers the customer service has been second to known. What the guys thought should have been a straight forward new boiler job was a lot more complicated due to work carried out by a previous company. Carl and Nathan went over and above to make sure the new boiler was fitted properly and safely and also checked in to make sure the boiler was going ok that evening. Will be recommending and using again in the future. Thanks again guys amazing from a very happy warm customer
