Derry Londonderry branch ABSOULUTE SCUM OF THE EARTH I worked for this company where the manager didn't like the fact that I mentioned I would complain alisha ex branch manager about being blamed for things the manager did wrong in the shop e.g. belly doors falling on customers and flooding of the toilet. Because of making a valid complaint. I failed my probation period as supervisor as the manager cant admit or accept when their wrong. The manager decided to look at cameras so that I would look so they could put money on the money counter when I wasn't looking to disrupt my daily float count. Was promised a course to get past the appeal process don't believe a single thing they say if they offer courses. these are job center rutledge courses not paid by the company so called management and leadership courses. They are bullies manipulative and will break their own policies and procedures to save themselves. The director of NIACTA didn't even take my complaint serious. even though, I could prove what had happened and who knew I was right. I would advise you to stay clear of this place unless you wanna be used to cover shifts with a manager who will wait to send your rota to make sure their favourite faces are sorted first. the area managers should override the branch managers decisions as after all they are in a higher role and its them sarah who offered the course to begin with but didnt follow through with their empty promises protecting them selves as they were sued for bullying before. But if your face doesn't fit forget about any help being offered to you. They are Bullies, manipulative and shouldn't be in the job title they're in.
