Atrocious! Ordered motor brushes, but did not receive them. Sent email after email enquiring about them, but seller would not respond. Still have not received the brushes months later.

Would not recommend, I have ordered trolley spares, got tracking number, but never received goods, no reply from phone or email, now try get payment back from bank

I usually check out reviews before buying from a new source, but didn't in this case and when I hadn't received my order after a week I was worried..........but since I live in England and the order is being dispatched 1st class (current talks of postage strike) from Northern Ireland I was patient and the order arrived on the 8th day. I ordered Powakaddy Clutches and they were spot on. Fixed my Cart in 5 mins. Thanks very much Custompro Golf, I hope your reviews keep improving.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered an LED circuit board which was showing in stock. A week later I still had not received my order so emailed. I was advised that they were out of stock with Motocaddy. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting and was advised by Ed to be patient. I cancelled my order and then placed the order with Motocaddy and had it delivered the following day. So clearly not out of stock as advised by Ed. Please do not use this company. Shocking service all round and lied to when I chased my order up. The reviews on there website speak for themselves. "Thanks for the nasty spiteful review, if you had bothered to ask Motocaddy they would have confirmed these had just come back into stock after 10 weeks.Hopefully that review has helped fulfil something lacking in your clearly sad life as I cannot think why else you would take time to such a pathetic act." This is the response to my review that was sent to me by email. As you can see this is the shocking way they choose to treat customers.
