OMG someone picked up the phone . 2 weeks of trying . Though I was told there were no consultation availability left. I was just glad someone actually picked up the phone . There are people here, it functions.... Two weeks later, Still trying to get an appointment. I ring at 11 and I am asked to call at 8.30 the next day. From 8.30 I start ringing and it doesn't even ring but I keep trying! It will go through at 11 and I will be asked to call tomorrow at 8.30. The cycle continues. I am not dying yet but I will keep trying. Some day while I still live, I will get a doctor

Absolutely horrendous treatment by the receptionists!! Having to explain personal problems to them (same day, 2 different receptionists) before they decide whether your condition warrants a gp consultation. Which it 100% does. Then offering their own expert medical opinion on the dosages of medication you receive!! Fuming doesnt come close right now!! And that is just one incident in a list of many. Avoid this practice at all costs, purely bevause of the god like receptionists

While they have the Patent Access app, ALL of the services Patient Access offers are blocked by the surgery other than repeat prescription. No appointment booking, no message service, can't view medical record, can't update details and can't arrange flu vaccine. Living in the past.
