        Had brunch for a family of four. 3 items forgotten off fry which were brought when we pointed the missing items out. Fry was nice and plenty of it. Pancakes were messy. Preferred when the Nutella and cream were served in separate tubs. Coffee a bit milky for a cappuccino but I do prefer mine strong. Staff were pleasant and place was clean. Overall a nice visit.

        Handed menues and told to wait for seating. Fair enough if place is busy. Restaurant not even quarter full and at least 8 cleaned free tables, but still we're left standing at counter waiting to he seated. Easy 5 staff behind counter gazing into space. 3 others doing laps looking for things to avoid doing. Stood 10 minutes and ended up just walking out. Don't mind waiting if place is full, but no excuse for that. Too many places close to hand to be treated like that.
