Smart Dental Care - Lisburn Dental Centre

I've been with this dental clinic for 5 years and never had any issues until last November when my appointment was cancelled and moved to January 2023 with no reason given. In January I got a text cancelling my appointment again with a promise that someone would call me in February to offer me another appointment. It's now May 2023 and I'm still waiting. It's now a year since I seen a Dentist and anytime I've phoned, if someone even answers, I've been told now for 3 months that a new dentist is due to start and they will call me. The past 2 weeks, nobody even bothers picking up the phone at all. Time to find a new practice, this one is clearly having severe service issues, but come on, how hard is it to keep your patients updated and let us know what's going on! The lack of transparency is appalling.

The friendliest and most welcoming staff I have ever experienced in a dentist. I have to say the women in here actually made my day due to how lovely and kind they were. Especially the dentist herself. Would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone especially someone that may not find it easy in crowded spaces or may be quite reserved. Lovley staff and brilliant environment.

Fantastic experience at Smart Dental. I would be a nervous patient due to bad previous experience, however Shermaine kept me comfortable, relaxed and informed throughout my entire appointment. A credit to your team.
