O'Doherty Dental Care

After 60+ years with this practice, I have finally moved myself and my family to another dentist. Such a difference - lovely reception staff, check ups, scale and polish done, and not having to wait outside in the cold.

Called to make an appointment for my children but was told as it's more than 6 months they aren't registered anymore then they hung up the phone. Unbelievably awful customer service

Have been trying to get an appointment at my dentist since 2020 and continuously told by the receptionists that they are only taking emergency appointments due to covid, while other dentists have been seeing patients all through the pandemic to care for them every 6months as is required. Now into January 2022 and my filling and half of my tooth broke and fell out. Had I been seen this could have been avoided. Very unhappy and will most definitely not be back. Have moved my children to another dentist also. Would not recommend and reception staff as others have described are unhelpful in their general attitude.

Dentists themselves are lovely, receptionists on the other hand are a different story. Very dry and unhelpful. Snattery even. Manners cost nothing and go along way.
