EUROSPAR Wallace Village

Went for an ice cream as they have a mauds ice cream counter. 3 people in queue and only one serving with another guy walking around twirling his lanyard. Once got to the counter had to wait for another staff member to come and serve the ice cream. Then for him to restock the almost empty flavour of which I wanted. The ice cream has gotten very expensive. Used to get a family tub but the price has gone up to 7.59. Got a large tub instead which served 2 of us.

Absolutely rags my bones, at the checkout, queue behind me, 1 person on a till and another 3-4 staff walking around the tills but not serving. One in particular asking if anyone wants to use the self serve.... if we wanted to use self serve then we would use them. No point having the tills available and the people to put on them but then to let them stand about. Self serve should be done away with altogether and better observation and delegations from managers. Also I should mention that this is not just this store but alot of your shops I would be in are the same!

Plenty of parking spaces, Plenty of petrol and diesel pumps, Petrol and diesel is dearer than most nearby stations, Good selection of products mostly supplied by Henderson spar, So prices can be more expensive than normal supermarkets, Place has a butchers counter and a deli section for warm food and drinks, Staff mostly friendly and helpful.

Went in yesterday and got 8 petrol 5 gas and 10 cash back-23 quid , its out of my account and an exact same amount is still pending my bank says its you and I have to wait till 20th to see if you take the xtra 23 , totally dodgy and cant just be me that you have done it too , stay away
