We requested a Home Buyers Survey (Level 2) of a 5 bedroom detached house about 30 years old. We received a very detailed report, clearly written which will be very helpful for our buying decision. The lead time was quite fast - about 4 working days. And the communication before the survey and the explanation of the post-survey report were both excellent. I would definitely recommend this service.

We had a survey carried out by Jeremy at NI SURV for a property we were purchasing (first time buyer). The survey was carried out promptly and to a very high standard. Upon completion Jeremy called us personally to discuss a few small issues that had surfaced, then within 24 hours sent a comprehensive PDF of his findings. For anybody considering buying a house this is a great investment and can save you big time in the long run. Jeremy has won awards in the RICS sector for very good reason.
