        Took a steel deck, petrol lawnmower in for servicing. After not contacting me for several weeks (I suspect they had forgotten about it, or perhaps hoped I had), I finally got the thing back. Minus a wheel (it literally dropped off as I unloaded the thing from the boot). The blades hadn't been touched, let alone sharpened (still had dried grass on them as per when I left it in) and the faulty throttle cable hadn't been fixed because - apparently - "spares were too hard to come by for a low end model like this". If I could give less than 1*, I would.
