Buses are more consistently 20-30 minutes late than on time. Update their schedules accordingly? Hell no, they have to make sure we the customers/passengers are standing blindly and aimlessly at stops with absolutely no certainty as to whether the bus is even on the road or exists at all. Overcharge and underperform. Brilliant way to run a service.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been using Translink for more than a year regularly , meaning that I rely on the bus and the train and another bus to get me to work on time! Sometimes I do get in on time, more often than is acceptable I dont. Rather I have to reschedule with the person I share a car with. I have lived in a few countrys over time and nothing has been as expensive and unreliable as Translink.. Ive lived in New York City and even there its been better and cheaper. Thats the actual joke isnt it! Its so expensive for buses simply not showing up, only running once an hour, or being 10 minutes early so you have to wave them goodbye! Its a really bad joke and should be done better!!! There is no excuse anymore and for the sake of the environment we should encourage public transport but instead its so impossible. Shame on Translink I wish they could pay me all the bus tickets I bought and couldnt use, all the overtime I had to stay longer at work for being late, or the petrol that I had to spend trying to correct their mistakes, let alone the inconvenience if it all! Their doing the worst job Ive ever seen, its beyond frustrating.
