The staff at the station are really lovely, from the administration team to the drivers/inspector. I have mobility issues and find it hard to sit for long periods or in cramped conditions. Lately due to no fault of their own they've been having to use whatever bus is available, I need a low floor, disabled accessible bus but the past few weeks they've had to use Goldline coaches which aren't suitable. My journey takes just over an hour and can be quite uncomfortable (even in a car), they have been wonderful and when I call them to check which bus will being used on my route they've went out of their way to accommodate my needs and ensure it's "low floor". I only make this journey twice a month and felt a bit foolish having to ask for a specific vehicle but they were totally understanding. Great staff, great service and one happy customer. Thank you.

Turned up 10 mins early for a bus, it didn't arrive, staff said it will come but could not say when, they didn't seem to know anything, waited 30 mins and walked to the train station, where they are actually capable of giving time table updates. No point in having 2-3 staff at the bus station when they haven't got clue or care about passengers
