Had my annual service done this morning. As usual Mark serviced my boiler and his professionalism left it looking like new. Very pleasant engineer who gives great service every time..Cannot fault this Company. Been using them over 10 years.

We started using your service when we moved into this house with gas heating 15 yrs ago. Our annual service was completed today and the service provided is excellent. Every one of your engineers carry out the service perfectly they are so informative and pleasant and I have recommended to a lot of family and friends as I rate them very highly. There has not been one thing I could fault you on. Perfect service again. Thank you.

Had H&M services out today to service my gas boiler and the engineer was very friendly, professional and job was done to a high standard. Will be using them for my yearly service and if I have any future problems. Also got a lovely Terrys chocolate orange and pen as a Christmas gift which was much appreciated and unexpected.

This was the first time using this company. Engineer attended this afternoon to service my boiler. Arrived promptly and was very pleasant and helpful with any queries I had. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely be using them again.

Our boiler had stopped heating our water and it was running cold , one phone call and an engineer was able to come out that afternoon..he explained fully what had happened and fixed it there and then...very professional and friendly 100% recommend
