AWFUL customer service - My appointment was cancelled via text yesterday because I didn't pre-pay even though I couldn't get through to the salon since last Friday. I was due to get my hair done this afternoon and was told this morning on the phone that someone always returns the calls but this was not the case. I was also told my appointment was no longer available... Even though I left 2 voicemail yesterday afternoon and was in work so couldn't answer the phone. The person I was speaking to this morning was also meant to call back to try and get me another appointment and never did. I think this was extremely unfair as I always pre pay and have been going to this salon for years. I was left with no appointment so therefore I won't be back and will not recommend this salon to anyone. This isn't the first time they have cancelled my appointment and have left me waiting.

I booked Metro Lisburn for Saturday 9th July at 2pm and it was a disaster from start to finish. I decided to use Metro to avail of the 20 off your first colour with them. When I arrived, I showed the Stylist a picture of the colour I usually get and she didn't even show me a colour book to let me choose my own colour, she just disappeared for 25 minutes and came back with a colour already mixed. When it was washed off, I knew immediately that it was much, much darker than I usually go for. Next, my hair was dried THEN cut and thinned, which was very painful and has resulted in part of my hair being very damaged. There wasn't any two parts of my hair that was cut to the same length!! I messaged on Sunday morning when I realised how bad it was and was told to come back Monday morning. Thankfully the person who seen me on Monday was able to at least fix some of it and she is the only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars! What really disappointed me was that I wasn't offered even a partial refund, or any products to help with the over-thinned part of my hair that couldn't be fixed! Definitely won't be going back!
